Is my money safe and secure?
Yes, AmWager holds all customer funds in seperate FDIC-insured custodial accounts monitored by the Oregon Racing Commission. Any funds deposited or won are held there and are only removed by player authorized transactions (Wagering, Withdrawal, Product purchase).
All transactions to and from AmWager and even between AmWager’s own servers are encrypted with the latest available methods. AmWager also employs multiple levels of firewalls, gateways and intrusion prevention systems to ensure both us and you are protected at all times.
How are my wagers paid?
AmWager pays full track prices on all wagers as soon as the track makes the race(s) final. Every wager through AmWager is commingled into Pari-Mutuels pools. There is never a limit to your winnings per wager.

Can I wager on all tracks through AmWager?
AmWager currently offers wagering on over 490 tracks including Thoroughbred, Standardbred, Quarter Horse and Greyhound racing. AmWager does not refuse content and continually works to negotiate and find methods to get content that is withheld due to anti-competitive practices.
AmWager has been instrumental in bringing new international racing products into the US market and will continue to do so. We believe to grow the market players must have as much access to content as possible and content should always be available to as many players as possible. We are always willing to work and negotiate with tracks to offer their content if we do not currently have it.
Can I watch the races on your site?

License and Regulatory
AmWager is a fully legal and regulated online wagering company located and operated in the United States. AmWager’s parent company AmWest Entertainment LLC (“AmWest”) maintains all necessary licenses, content agreements with all racetracks it carries, and strictly operates under the 1977 Interstate Horse Raci ng Act (IHA) and other relevant laws. Wagering on horse racing has been
considered protected interstate commerce since the IHA was passed.
AmWest Entertainment has been in operation since 2009 and is located in Prospect, KY just outside of Louisville. AmWest is licensed and regulated by the Oregon Racing Commission as a multi-jurisdictional account wagering provider. This allows AmWager to operate in most states which do not specifically license online pari-mutuel wagering covered under the IHA. Some states also require individual licenses for online horse betting. As such, AmWest is also licensed separately as required in Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Montana, New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
