• Eligibility: The Weekly Keenenland Merch Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
  Must be 21 years or older.
  Must opt-in to the Keeneland Merch Give Away promotion.
  Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of AmWager (the “Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.
• Giveaway Periods: The Giveaway will consist of four weekly periods with the following schedule:
  Week 1: Entries accepted from October 1, 2023, through October 7, 2023. Winners notified week of October 8, 2023.
  Week 2: Entries accepted from October 8, 2023, through October 14, 2023. Winners notified week of October 15, 2023.
  Week 3: Entries accepted from October 15, 2023, through October 21, 2023. Winners notified week of October 22, 2023.
  Week 4: Entries accepted from October 22, 2023, through October 28, 2023. Winners notified week of October 29, 2023.
• How to Enter: Participants can earn one entry per day, up to a maximum of seven entries per week, by following these steps:
  Log into their AmWager account.
  Opt-in to the Keeneland Merch Give Away promotion.
  Entries will be automatically recorded once the opt-in is confirmed.
• Winner Selection: Each week, three winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries:
  Grand Prize (Win Prize)
  Second Prize (Place Prize)
  Third Prize (Show Prize)
• Prizes: Each weekly Giveaway will award the following prizes:
  Grand Prize (Win Prize): Keeneland merchandise, retail valued of $45 or more.
  Second Prize (Place Prize): Keeneland merchandise, retail value of $30 or more.
  Third Prize (Show Prize): Keeneland merchandise, retail value of $15 or more.
  Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
• General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
• Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries or notifications.
• Privacy: Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
• By participating in the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
