Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This promotion is open to all AmWager.com account holders in good standing.
Promotion Period: The promotion will run from August 25, 2023, at 00:00 AM (GMT) to August 26, 2023, at 11:59 PM (GMT).
Promotion Details: During the promotion period, eligible participants who make a deposit to their AmWager account using credit/debit card, Green Dot, or PayNearMe will be refunded the associated AmWager deposit fees.
How to Qualify: There is no opt-in required. Participants automatically qualify for the promotion by funding their AmWager account with a credit/debit card, Green Dot, or PayNearMe during the promotional period.
Refund Process: The refund will be credited to the participant’s AmWager account within 48 hours after the conclusion of the race day.
Limitations: The refund is limited to a maximum of $50 per customer.
General Conditions: Participants must comply with all AmWager terms and conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. AmWager reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
Amendments and Termination: AmWager reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for any reason, without notice. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including VIP rewards. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and our general terms and conditions.
